摘要
电气石是一种具有环境健康功能的硅酸盐矿物,但是天然电气石的颜色较深,影响了它的应用。采用机械高速热搅拌的包覆方法,以硬脂酸为粘结剂,以轻质/重质碳酸钙为包覆体对目数不同的电气石粉体进行了表面包覆增白改性,结果极大地提高了电气石粉体的白度。结果表明:当电气石325目时,用轻质碳酸钙、重质碳酸钙进行电气石干法增白的最佳工艺为:温度控制在69.6~71.5℃之间;硬脂酸含量为5%;所需重质碳酸钙和轻质碳酸钙质量分数分别为63.8%及64.1%。
Abstract
Tourmaline is a kind of environmental health functions of the silicate minerals,but the deeper the color of natural tourmaline affect its application.The high-speed thermal agitation was used as the coated method,stearic acid as binder,the mesh surface of tourmaline powder with different mesh numbers were coated and brightening by light/heavy calcium carbonate as the coated body.The results greatly improved the whiteness of tourmaline powder.If the mesh of tourmaline was 325,tourmaline power were coated with light calcium carbonate and heavy calcium,the optimum conditions were:the temperature was controlled between 69.6℃ and 71.5℃.The stearic acid content was 5%.The mass fractions of heavy and light calcium carbonate were 63.8% and 64.1%,respectively.
